The barrel is made of K300 carbon fibre pre-impregnated with epoxy resin, precisely plotter-cut and hand-placed into a steel mould. The process is completed in an autoclave, where controlled pressure and temperature ensure perfect curing and a flawless structure. Inside, a high-density closed-cell polyurethane foam completely fills the internal volume of the barrel, while two 5 mm carbon bulkheads seal it, giving it a fully integrated structure that is perfectly watertight, rigid, and optimally balanced.
